At Treat Fantastic, one of our main priorities is the importance of privacy for our customers and gift recipients, as a result we have instituted this Privacy Policy.   This policy explains the types of information that is collected when you access or use our website, www.TreatFantastic.com, as well as other sources, why we collect it, and how we may or may not, collect, use or share that information.   We may collect personal information from you when you visit our website, respond to our emails, place orders via phone, text, fax, mail, or social media (such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter).

Why we gather information:

Treat Fantastic, LLC gathers personal information to process your orders; to help improve our products, features, functionality, services and customer support; to communicate with you and gift recipients concerning your orders, special announcements, offers, and discounts from Treat Fantastic, our Partner Affiliates, and selected third parties.

We may use the information we collect or receive about you for various purposes, but generally personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.   We use your information for our everyday business operations such as fulfilment, auditing, administration of the Website, and analytics.

We care about keeping you secure and safe while using TreatFantastic.com, which requires us to also collect your information to protect you, others, and our business by striving to find and prevent fraud, combat spam, malware, malicious activities or other security risks.    We also use your information to enforce and improve security measures by attempting to verify your identity so unauthorized users do not gain access to your information.

We never share your information with third-party services providers as part of the services we offer.  We do, for example, use credit card information to complete payment transactions through a third-party service provider, Stripe payment processors, much like any department store, grocery store or gas station where you use your credit card.   Rest assured in knowing that any information provided or made available to Stripe to complete your payments are contractually obligated to protect your information.

We use your information to improve and personalize the content and/or functionality of the website as well as develop new products, services, and features as well as understand and analyze how you use our website.

We use your information to communicate with you and your gift recipient. We may send you text messages, emails, or other notifications about the status of your orders and deliveries. We may also contact you with promotional offerings or other communications that may be of interest to you. If we send you marketing emails about services that may interest you, each email will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future marketing or other communications. In the event you contact us, we use certain information to respond to your questions and assist you with any issues that may arise in your use of the website and service. If you send or receive text messages, we may use a third-party service provider to track these text messages for security purposes.

What information we may gather:

We collect information through our website, your emails, mail, fax, telephone, mobile devices and applications, as well as through social media applications.   We collect this information when you visit our website, place an order, participate in surveys, promotions and contests, or when you provide feedback or reviews directly or via other applications. We will never share your personal information with anyone or any company other than for our use to fill your order or contact you about Treat Fantastic.

We will let the sender know when you redeem your gift, and when it is received.

When you use Treat Fantastic or register for an account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.  

We may invite our customers and users to participate in surveys or sweepstakes. When a customer or a user participates in surveys or sweepstakes, we may request certain personal information such as name and email address.

Treat Fantastic LLC follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on our website, and gathering demographic information. We collect information about your preferences to make your use of our website more productive through the use of cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information and personalize your experience.   You may opt to disable the use of cookies by modifying your browser settings.
